West Fresno “Bike Safe Fresno” Smart Cycling Event

FCBC is collaborating with the US Green Building Council’s Bike Safe Fresno program to promote bicycling in West Fresno thanks to a Transformative Climate Communities grant! Learn more about exciting new bicycle facilities coming to West Fresno.


Join FCBC League Cycling Instructors Ed Smith, John Liu, and Jeremy Doyel for a free one hour classroom and one hour on bike safety skills instruction followed by an optional neighborhood ride to practice new skills. Free basic bike maintenance tuneups by FCBC members will be available as well so bring your bike! Free helmets and bike light for participants, but bike must be present for light installation. Signed parental permission is required for on bike participation events, and will be provided at sign in at 9:30am at West Fresno Family Resource Center’s Maxie L Parks Community Center 1802 E California Ave, Fresno CA
