  Come ride* with us Tuesday mornings! We'll start at Rubber Soul Bicycles, and make our way to Sycamore Island. Enjoy this scenic route with Rubber Soul Bicycles and the Fresno County Bicycle Coalition. We will ride by a cool osprey's nest, perched atop a telephone pole, ride beneath a magical eucalyptus tree canopy, and check out the river bottom. Jon Stewart of Rubber Soul Bicycles will be ride leader.

  The Cycling Community is invited to celebrate National Bike Month with a 4.5 mile Bike Ride from Fresno High School to Vineyard Farmer’s Market on Shaw and Blackstone. Meet at 1839 Echo Avenue at 9am for a pre-ride chat before the ride. We’ll head out at 9:15am.

  It is Vineyard Farmer’s Market’s 44th anniversary! Remember your shopping bags, cash, backpacks or panniers. You can pick up all the fixing’s for your Cinco de Mayo festivities.

  We will pass at least 4 Little Free Libraries on our way. Bring a book if you’d like to trade!

  
  

  The ride will end at Fresnos City College for Earth Day!

  
  

  
  

  It is also Comic Book Day on May 4. Some folks are interested in visiting a comic book shop before returning to our starting point. Others are interested in visiting Ampersand Ice Cream when we get back to Fresno High School.  Don't forget to wear your Star Wars Shirts because it's also "May the 4th be with you!"

  Get ready for a day filled with pedal-powered excitement at our Bicycle Extravaganza! Join us for a memorable journey through history, yoga, bike repair, and fun on two wheels.

  
  

  Schedule

   

  - **8:30 AM:** Registration opens. Start your day right with a cup of freshly brewed coffee available for purchase from Sad Tire Cafe.

  
  

  - **9:00 AM:** Kickstands up! Embark on a fascinating ride through the Tower District led by the Historical Preservation team. Explore the rich history of our city as we pedal past iconic buildings and charming homes, guided by knowledgeable docents.

  
  

  - **Throughout the Ride:** Stay balanced and centered with Tower Yoga offering energizing classes 8am, 9:30am, & 11am.

  
  

  - **11:00 AM:** Swing by the Bike Station for a pit stop! Enjoy free bike tunes and learn how to perform a safety check on your trusty steed.

  
  

  - **Noon:** Ride concludes. Refuel with mouthwatering tacos available for sale by La Jack. And for those craving a refreshing beverage, Goldsteins will be serving up bicycle-themed beer to quench your thirst.

  Meet at Trolley Park between 10am and 11am join your fellow bicycle commuters to celebrate Coffee Outside. Bring your coffee in a thermos, buy a coffee from a nearby store, or bring your backpacking stove and coffee gear for maximum coffee.

  
  

  Coffee Outside is a fun, social, relaxed affair. We're not on the map yet, but Jesse Martindale and Edna Pedroza are planning to change that. Come help us get it started!
