The meeting has moved to the second Monday of the month.</p> <p>6:30 PM — General Membership Open Forum. An informal open forum for members and the public to meet with the board. Public and member comment, up to 30 minutes. All are welcome.</p> <p>7:00 PM — Regular Board Meeting (FCBC members only).
